Taster Sessions

Not sure about joining a club? We invite you to join us on up to 3 occasions on any of our regular rides to see how you get on. We’re a friendly, sociable bunch, and hope you decide to join.

Contact us via the Facebook group to arrange to join us for a club ride. Tell us a little about your cycling experience and we’ll make sure that you meet similar-ability cyclists.

Annual Membership

We are delighted to welcome new and returning members to Stoney Stanton Vélo Club. Our membership year runs from January to December for the very affordable price of £15 for adults, with some concessionary rates for juniors and seniors.

When you consider our Weekly Rides page, for around £1 a month you have the opportunity to ride on 4 or 5 organised Sunday socials, plus the same number of Saturday social rides, and also Wednesday Knightrider rides. That’s at least 12 rides a month, quite a bargain!

New membership system

From January 2026, all club memberships will be paid by Direct Debit using GoCardless. This is now the only way to pay. It is designed to make life easier for everyone: no more chasing payments, no cash, no transfers.

The change helps us stay organised, avoid missed renewals, and reduce admin for the volunteers who run the club.
